This hotel was great value for money, with reasonable prices and attention to detail. The location, just next to the botanical gardens, was perfect for exploring the city. The staff were helpful and the basic amenities, like the rooms with charging stations and shared bathroom facilities, were all well-maintained. The beds were comfortable and the breakfast provided was delicious.

No improvement needed, everything was satisfactory.

I recently stayed in a fantastic hostel in Christchurch called Yha. the atmosphere was great, and it was easy to connect with other travelers. the rooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. the hostel had two kitchens and two lounges, which were clean and well-equipped. the location was perfect, with the Botanical Garden just beside it and the Riverside Market and New Regent Street within walking distance. Yha provided the perfect base for exploring Christchurch!

    Nothing, it's absolutely perfect! 👌🏼.

The location of this accommodation was excellent, being close to the Botanic Gardens and other popular attractions. It was also conveniently situated near the bus terminal and city shops. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even allowing us to store our luggage before check-in and assisting us after reception closed.

Although the room was clean and comfortable, it was a bit small. the absence of towels in the room was inconvenient.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Best aspects were the location which was so close to the center and everything to see in this city, including the Botanical Gardens. The hotel facilities were fantastic with a big lounge and kitchen area that were always clean. The staff was helpful and friendly, lending us two really comfy pillows and providing a smooth late check-in. The parking was not an issue as there were shuttle buses available to the airport hourly in front of the nearby museum.

Hard to think of anything negative to say!

    Convenient Location and Comfortable Stay

It was situated close to the Botanic Gardens and Punting on Avon attractions, making it easy for us to explore the beautiful surroundings. we found it very convenient that the free penguin bus to the Antarctic Exhibition picked up from the gardens, as it was just a short walk away. Another advantage was the close proximity to the bus terminal and city shops and attractions.

We had an amazing stay here! the service was outstanding and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. the exclusive amenities, including the leisure room and garden area, added an extra touch of luxury to our experience. Our room was well-appointed and the private facilities were pristine. This hotel's prime location within walking distance to major attractions made it easy to explore the city. Cons: If I were to critique this hotel, it would only be to mention that the BBQ facilities could have been better maintained. this was a minor issue and did not detract from our overall positive experience at this venue.

The hostel is situated in a convenient location near several attractions and parks. the rooms are well-equipped with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, and free wifi. the staff are friendly and willing to assist with almost anything. the common areas are spacious enough to relax and socialize, and the luggage room is a great plus.

The hostel lacks a lift, making it difficult to carry heavy luggage to upper floors.

The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city. The staff were friendly and gave us great recommendations on where to go. The rooms were very clean and spacious. Plus, we loved that there was free wi-fi and a kitchen to cook in.

The noise level was unbearable. It felt like we were sleeping in a construction site.

Had a great time during my Xmas stay! Loved the free Wi-Fi and the complimentary coffee and tea provided by the hotel. the location was amazing, just a short walk to the supermarket and bus station. the beds were really comfortable, making for a good night's sleep.

The bathrooms were a bit cramped and could have been cleaner, but they were manageable. there was a bit of noise coming from outside during the night, which made it difficult to sleep at times.

YHA Christchurch was really nice with luxurious touches, early check-in, helpful information, and a French press for coffee lovers. The breakfast package was generous and the kitchen was easy to use. Staff were friendly and beds were comfortable. Perfect location near attractions.

    Nothing.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Christchurch and was pleasantly surprised by the value for money. The prices were very reasonable considering the excellent location right next to the botanical gardens. The attention to detail was impressive, with charging stations at each bed and spacious rooms for everyone's bags. I particularly enjoyed having a balcony in my room, and even with the window wide open, the rooms were surprisingly quiet. The basic amenities were well-maintained, and the staff provided exceptional service.

My experience at this hotel was great, and there was nothing that I felt could be improved.
